The heel represents the profession and/or stereotype of the person wearing the heel, and the background represents the actual characteristic of the person. The heel is sewed onto the canvas instead of gluing it.
In this painting, the profession of the person in the black croco heel is a “Spy”. Croco patterned leather is usually posh, however, enamel black is sometimes very mysterious as well. Spy can behave and perform many characters, that is the reason the background is camouflage. The 3 colours of camouflage implies that the spy wearing the heel is sexy and attractive.
